Sometimes I have trouble getting my 10,000 steps in every day.
I’m human, I’m alive in the 21st century, and – let’s face it – I am capable of laziness.
I’ve written before about getting large amounts of steps in “accidentally” and this might be similar: step tracking panic.
I recently started upping my “long” runs as part of my training plan. During one of these runs I looked down at my watch and had a sweaty panicked moment during which I was convinced my watch had stopped tracking my steps and I lost my good data from the run that day.
LOL. I got home and realized I had just met my goal during my run and the dial had gone back to zero…
D’oh. Technology is hard.
