Munday Runday: Steps After Midnight

Do you use a fitness tracker? Fitbit? Withings? Pebble?

Do you go out to bars and stay out past midnight?

If you answered “yes” to both of these, then you know how exciting/strange it is to get a big chunk of your step goal for the day out of the way before you even go to bed! How crazy is it to get a few thousand steps in without even trying?! Then you wake up (albeit tired and maybe a little too dehydrated) and hit your goal before the day is over (and maybe if you can manage a run, you REALLY hit your goal and regret that last IPA a tiny bit less).

Clearly this was an activiy-filled day anyways, but check out that spike after midnight! 😉
